Cancellation of the class by Clients/ Students

If a client/student needs to cancel a 1-to-1 session, they must give the tutor at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for the full session. If a session is canceled by the client with 24 hour’s notice, a make-up class will be arranged within 7 days.

Sessions will be conducted within the time frame agreed upon with the customer support team.

Fees are determined by the pricing listed on our website, and no reductions or reimbursements will be provided for classes missed by the client. (Without prior notice)

Cancellation of the class by Tutor

The tutor has the right to cancel a class by giving the client 24 hours notice. In such cases, no fees will be incurred. Clients or students who have prepaid for a lesson will either be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time or receive a refund.

Late Arrival

  • A client is charged based on the time stipulated in the schedule and there will be no adjustment made for the lost time of late arrival by clients.
  • A Tutor will not be repeating everything he has taught till that time to the client who is arriving late in a group session.
  • When a tutor is late to a class, an extension will be made by mutual agreement with all clients or in 1-to-1 sessions by the tutor and the student.

No Show

If a student fails to arrive at the agreed time or is late by more than 15 minutes, they will be considered a no-show and will still be required to pay for the session. No adjustments or compensation will be provided for missed lessons.

Clients who pay per session must pay for both the missed session and the next session in order to continue with tutoring.

Refund Policy:

  • Please note that our policy does not provide refunds for any services. Requests for refunds, including but not limited to those made by students who cannot attend or use the services, for any reason, with or without prior notice, will not be considered. If a student cancels a prepaid package after the first session, they will be charged for that one session and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the service is canceled by the company or if the service is not completed by the tutor.
  • Although we strive to deliver high-quality educational services, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes for students as a result of our tutoring. Our obligations, expressed or implied, to any customer or user are limited to what is explicitly stated in this agreement.

Note: Payment must be made prior to the start of each tutoring session or payment must be made on an installment basis in advance

It is worth noting that the refund policy is subject to change, and the company reserves the right to make changes to the policy at any time, and it’s always good to consult the company’s policy on its website.
